“The only thing we have to fear is… fear itself β nameless, unreasoning, unjustified terror which paralyzes needed efforts to convert retreat into advance.” – Franklin D. Roosevelt, in his first inaugural address
Today, as I dove more into the managerial position, I observed my inner self in my interactions with others. The anxiousness… Initial awkwardness. I thought as I kept watch of my composure, “This is so scary!”
But a tenant reminded me to not let fear get in the way of my growth.
Thank you, tenant, for your guidance and encouragement. Here’s to many years of successful business.
